Sweepstakes Casino Software

A managed platform for operators who want to run a US sweepstakes brand without building and staffing the infrastructure underneath it. Dual-currency wallet, 25,000+ titles from 160+ studios, coin packages, redemption and state-level controls — operated by us, configured with you.

We hold the ledger and run the platform. You hold the brand, the players and the commercial decisions. If you already have a platform and only need the sweepstakes layer, that is the API integration instead.

Typical launch 4 to 6 weeks · 99.9% uptime SLA · 25,000+ titles

Which layer each side owns Three stacked bands. The top band is your brand: front end, domain, marketing and the player relationship. The middle band is the platform we operate: the dual-currency ledger, coin packages, redemption, state rules and the back office. The bottom band is what sits underneath: game studios, and the payment providers you contract with. A divider marks the top band as yours; the middle band is ours to operate, and the bottom band is integrated by us rather than owned by us. The line is ownership, not hosting. The platform below it is ours to run and keep running; the layer under that is other people’s — game studios, and your own payment providers — connected to the platform rather than owned by it.

What we run, and what you run

Running a sweepstakes brand splits into two jobs that need different people. One is infrastructure — ledgers, integrations, uptime, payment plumbing, keeping state rules current. The other is the business — pricing coins, choosing content, deciding who to reward and where to open next. We take the first so your team can spend its time on the second.

This is the managed platform. If you run your own platform and need only the sweepstakes layer, the split below does not apply — you stay wallet of record and the ledger is yours. See the API integration, or how the two currencies work for the two routes compared capability by capability.

We operate You decide
The dual-currency ledger and wallet of record Coin package pricing and structure — coin packages
Game integrations and the launch layer — game content Which titles appear in your lobby
The crypto rail, and every other provider connected to the ledger — payments Your acquirer, your merchant account, and which methods you offer
The redemption engine — prize redemption Thresholds, holds and verification policy
Compliance infrastructure and state rule enforcement — state access control Which states you open, and when
Uptime, monitoring, incident response and upgrades Your brand, your front end and your player relationships

Which of those you change yourself

Some of the settings in the right-hand column you change directly; others are a request to us and happen the same working day. The split is worth walking through before you sign, and we would rather show you exactly where the line falls than describe a self-serve platform you would have to correct us about later.

The coin economy, configured not coded

Gold Coin pricing, Sweeps Coin grants, promotional offers and redemption thresholds are the levers that decide whether a sweeps brand makes money. They also change constantly — a package that worked in month one is wrong by month four.

Those levers are configuration, not code. Changing one is a settings update against a live platform, not a release you wait for and not a development estimate you negotiate.

  • Coin packages. Price points, coin ratios and bundle structure, including first-purchase and win-back offers.
  • Bonus configuration. Daily grants, promotional awards and the rules that govern them.
  • Redemption thresholds. Minimums, holds and the verification gate that precedes a payout.
  • Brand settings. Name, domain, look and the launch configuration behind them.

The number that decides the business

Coin package pricing is the single most consequential setting in a sweepstakes operation, and it is the one most often copied from a competitor and left alone. Model it against your own retention curve before launch, not after.

Game content

25,000+ titles from 160+ studios are available on the platform — slots, fish games, table games, video poker, crash titles and live dealer. Every title runs in both Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin contexts, so your lobby is one catalogue rather than two.

Adding a studio is a catalogue change on our side. You choose what appears; you are not waiting on an integration project to try a new supplier.

  • One lobby, two currencies

The same title serves both currency contexts, with no second integration and no divergent catalogue.

  • New studios without a project

Bringing a studio onto the platform is work on our side, not an integration your team schedules.

  • Currency-aware from the first round

Player, currency, studio, title and stake are captured at the game-server boundary rather than reconstructed later.

State controls and verification

The US sweepstakes map moved repeatedly through 2025 and 2026 — by statute in some states, by regulator action in others. Every operator running today has had to change their state configuration at least once, usually at short notice.

On this platform that change is a settings update. Registration, play and redemption are governed independently per state, so you can close redemption in a jurisdiction without closing accounts, or open registration ahead of a launch. Verification gates and redemption limits sit alongside them.

  • Per-state rules for registration, play and redemption, set independently of one another.
  • Verification at redemption, with document and database checks.
  • Redemption limits configurable per state.
  • An audit record behind every redemption.

Informational only. Nothing on this site is legal advice — confirm your position with qualified US gaming counsel before launching in any state.

Payments and redemption operations

Coin sales are card-not-present transactions in a category acquirers treat as high risk. The acquiring is yours — the merchant account is in your name on this route as much as on the other one, and it is worth starting that conversation early rather than late. The crypto rail is the exception: it needs no merchant account, so it is ours.

Redemption runs the other way and is where operators get into trouble — a payout queue that stalls costs more reputationally than the money involved. Thresholds and holds are yours to set; enforcing them, and keeping the queue honest, is ours.

Coin purchases

  • The crypto rail, where you want it
  • Your own provider connected to the ledger
  • Coins granted against a confirmed purchase, once
  • Purchase outcomes reconciled against the ledger

Redemptions

  • Verification gate before a first payout
  • Configurable thresholds and holds
  • Per-state limits
  • Payout status tracking
  • Audit trail

From first call to live brand

Typical launch is 4 to 6 weeks, and most of the variance is on the operator side — legal readiness and payment onboarding, not platform setup.

  1. Weeks 1–2

Commercial terms, entity and legal review, brand setup on the platform, and the state list you intend to open with. This is the phase that slips if counsel has not been engaged — start it before you start anything else.

  2. Weeks 3–4

Payment onboarding, coin package and bonus configuration, content selection and lobby build, redemption policy and verification thresholds.

  3. Weeks 5–6

Front-end connection, compliance configuration per state, end-to-end testing against a test round set, and go-live.

The dependency that actually sets the date is payment onboarding. Underwriting in this category takes as long as it takes, and no platform can shorten it — start it in week one.

What operators ask before they integrate

Do I need a gaming licence to run a sweepstakes casino?

The sweepstakes model is built to operate without a state gaming licence, which is why the no-purchase entry path matters so much — it is what separates a promotion from gambling. What you do need is a correct legal structure, compliant official rules, a genuine AMOE, state-by-state access control, and counsel who has reviewed all of it. Our licensing overview walks through the questions to put to a lawyer.

Which states can I operate in?

The map has moved repeatedly through 2025 and 2026 — several states now restrict the dual-currency model, some by statute and some by regulator enforcement. We keep a state-by-state operator map reviewed monthly, with the mechanism and effective date for each. The platform lets you switch any state on or off from the back office.

How does the Gold Coins / Sweeps Coins split actually work?

Gold Coins are a play-only currency with no cash value. Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for prizes and are obtainable without purchase. Both live in a single ledger with strict separation, and the currency context travels with every game round. See dual-currency wallet architecture.

Can I keep my existing platform and only use the API?

Yes — that is the API-only model. You stay the wallet of record and answer the wallet callbacks; we supply content, coin purchase flows, redemption and compliance primitives. See the sweepstakes casino API.

How do coin purchases get processed?

Through payment rails configured for high-decline categories: cards, ACH, open banking and crypto, with orchestration, retries and cascading. Coin purchases are a product sale, not a wager, which shapes how the flow is built. See coin packages and payments.

What does AMOE handling include?

Postal entry, web-form entry and promotional grants, processed and logged inside the platform with an audit trail. The no-purchase route has to be genuinely equivalent — not a footnote. See AMOE.

How long does integration take?

Sandbox access on day one. Wallet integration typically takes a few days; a full production launch typically runs 4 to 6 weeks depending on payments and legal readiness. See getting started.

What does it cost?

Commercial terms depend on model — API-only, full platform or turnkey — and on volume. Our pricing page explains how each model is structured, and what it costs to start a sweepstakes casino breaks down the wider budget.

The screens your team would work in every day are the thing worth judging this on, and they are hard to convey in a feature list. Thirty minutes, someone shares a screen, you ask whatever you want.
