Terms of use

Website terms. The commercial relationship is governed by the signed agreement, not by this page.

Who these terms are between

Between you, as a visitor to casinoapi.tech, and CasinoAPI Tech Solutions LTD, registered in Limassol, Cyprus.

If your company has signed an agreement with us, that agreement governs the service. These terms cover the website only, and where the two disagree about anything, the signed agreement wins.

What this website is

A description of a product, and the technical documentation for it. The documentation is published so that an engineer can evaluate the integration before anyone talks to a salesperson.

What this website is not

Nothing on this site is an offer, a warranty that the service will be available, or legal advice. The pages that discuss US sweepstakes law describe our understanding of a moving position; they are not a substitute for your own counsel, and you should not open a market on the strength of them.

We do not offer games to the public through this site and it is not aimed at players.

Accuracy and documentation

We keep the documentation accurate and we date what we review. It still changes — an API gains fields, a status code gets a clearer description, a section is rewritten because an integrator told us it was confusing.

Where the documentation and a signed agreement describe the same thing differently, the agreement is the one that counts.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain access to anything on this site that is not published, probe or load-test it, scrape it at a rate that affects other people, or use it to send anything unlawful. Security testing against production is not welcome; see contact if you have found something.

Intellectual property

The text, design, diagrams and documentation on this site belong to us.

The code samples are deliberately different, because they exist to be copied. Every code block in the documentation — the signature-verification function, the request and response payloads, the launch call — is published under the MIT licence. Use them in your integration, change them, ship them commercially. No attribution is required and you do not need to ask. They are provided as they are, with no warranty, which is the other half of what the MIT licence says.

Where we link to somebody else’s site — a regulator, a helpline, a standard — we do not control it and are not responsible for it. We link because it is the primary source and citing the primary source is the point.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available or uninterrupted, and we do not warrant that the documentation is complete or current at any given moment — it describes a product that changes, and the review date on each page is the honest measure of how current that page is.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, business, goodwill or data, or for anything you built on the strength of this website before signing an agreement with us.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Where your company has signed an agreement with us, that agreement’s liability provisions govern the service. This clause covers the website.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction.

This does not change the governing law of a signed agreement, which is set in that agreement.
